New mom Jessica Alba is suing the corporation behind a preferred weightloss device for allegedly using her name and image to sell the product without her consent.In her lawsuit, the actress claims she has been named among an inventory of individuals who have used the Belly Bandit, that helps new mothers get rid of baby weight - even if she has never endorsed the product.
Jessica Alba is suing for over $1 million in damages, consistent with TMZ.com.
