Jessica Alba takes a more relaxed approach to the second time to mommyhood.

"I feel like most of my irrational, overly cautious, and tired new mom behaviordevelops in a casual, relaxed approach with my second child," writes Alba. "I wasnever a real" helicopter parents, "but I'm definitely awake for endless hours ofresearch on everything I could to stay wrong."
But of obsessing about their children's well-being, the actress says she realized "Itried many more mistakes, not to make mistakes."

Alba is, "With Haven ... I am much more relaxed. I try not to let any cough or bump on the head freak me out because it was through Honor childhood in one piece,and I trust Haven also."
Thanks to its more laid-back attitude toward parents, Alba says she's a much happier person - and a better wife and mother.
"This calm attitude has definitely made the adjustment to life with two childreneasier and more fun," admits the actress. "It can feel impossible to try to juggle itall, so do not stick to the unrealistic standards of being a supermom."

Alba opened up to Us Weekly last fall about their new parenting style andadjustment to life with two kids at home. "It's nice to enjoy with a newborn insteadof being overwhelmed and wonder if everything is gonna be okay," Alba told us."Now I'm going to be as good! Plus, honor and Haven are so sweet together."
